Funding & Support

Set up to be successful

Rossendale is committed to making your business the best it can be, whether you are thinking of moving to the borough or are already based here, our extensive range of support will add value to any business.

When it comes to relocating, expanding or setting up a new business, it can seem difficult. It’s not always obvious who you should speak to and what information is useful, so we have a dedicated group of officers that do their best to understand your business needs that can point you in the right directions.

We are really pleased that the Bacup High Steet HAZ is now on site and upgrading Bacup's town centre buildings. The first wave is at ABD Centre, former L&Y bank and Trinity Baptist. 12 others will follow over the next year....
